Return & Refund Policy I want you to be 100% stoked with your order, so here’s the deal:

• Unopened & Sealed Items (non-mystery-bag products): 14-day return window from the day you receive it. Item must be unused, in the same condition (with tags/bags/boxes if applicable), and in original packaging. You pay return shipping (unless I messed up the order).
• Mystery Bags / Grab Bags / Blind Boxes: Final sale – no returns or refunds once opened. (It’s the thrill of the hunt!) If the bag arrives damaged or never opened, hit me up and I’ll make it right.
• Damaged or Wrong Item: My bad! Contact me within 7 days with a photo and I’ll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping) – no questions asked.
• Local Butte Delivery: Same rules apply – just email me and we’ll sort it fast.
